Our custodial service providers regulary service our facility and collaborate with us to continuously improve our processes and procedres to provide a safe environment. • Training: Team members receive training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols for every area of our facility.

• Disinfection: Rides, floors and all common surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly. In our party rooms, all tables and our birthday thrones are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each event.

• Hand Sanitatization: Hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility to sanitize hands between arenas and party rooms.

• Fresh Air Circulation: As a commercial facility, our air handling systems continuously circulate fresh air in and out of our spaces to through regularly maitained filters and HVAC system.

• Specialized Technologies: We use airless spray sanitizing devices on all inflatables and surfaces within the play areas of the facility, and party rooms.
